When I walked in the store the vibe was welcoming. I was greeted immediately and treated like I was apart of the family. Minna was exceptional 👌. I recommend going and seeing her. You will not be disappointed with the prices nor the service rendered.
Staff was super friendly and helpful! I went in for a link taken out of a watch and the staff let me know that they couldn’t do my particular watch here, but they pointed me to a location that did! Great service!
Just wanted to give a thumbs-up to this Zales location! We went to just to get my wife's bracelet cleaned along with getting the extended warranty updated. Very polite - even asked my wife if they could clean her rings for her while we were there. Joseph & I chatted away about Trussville in general while another staff member was cleaning her jewelry. No pressure to buy anything - just all smiles and small talk. I will definitely remember them this Christmas season!
I was helped by Joseph in a local store and his service was extremely good. He was easy to talk to and very informative.
