Just wanna say this store has the worst possible customer service there is. When you call they don't call back they tell you not to call anymore to ask how the process of your item is coming along I will never buy another thing from zales again. Even after going to there corporate office and talking to them still nothing why you spend your hard earned money and get nothing in return is horrible I have had better service at McDonald's I hope the big bosses see this and give me a call so I can tell them how there service is
