Zero customer service, zero quality control, zero accountability, trash products and they don't care about anything but the money you give them. once you purchase something they don't give take care of you as a customer and give zero service. Stone fell out of a ring I bought less than two weeks after buying it. Took two weeks longer than they said for it to arrive. The District Manager Julie Shively for Oakview Mall in Omaha Nebraska was on some bs the other day. Greg her subordinate stated she wouldn't honor 20% if I didn't have a friend receipt to show the friend received 20%. If it is your policy to give 20% off I shouldn't have to provide my friends receipt and please be fair to everyone. Because this left a bitter taste in my mouth and I had to return the item for a full refund with my receipt. It will take up to 7-10 business days to reflect refund.

I would like to give a huge shout out to dan the man and Tyson the bison! They absolutely treated me like family took they’re time w me and definitely gave us what we really wanted! Couldn’t recommend these 2 guys enough! They absolutely remembered us and what we wanted and nothing was ever written down it was all in they’re heads! Horrible customer service. When we got there we weren't acknowledged. We had to ask for assistance. We went to pick up my ring just to be told it wasn't there. Even though we called BEFORE we got there and was told it was. Miraculously it was found AFTER we asked to talk to the gentleman that was there. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I don't recommend zales to anyone

We went into the Gateway Mall store last week to replace my husband's wedding band. The ring was insured, but unfortunately discontinued. The sales rep helped us locate a similar product online. She unsuccessfully attempted to order the ring and would not honor the insurance. We ended up ordering the ring ourselves online from home. We even paid extra to have it shipped directly to us just so we wouldn't have to go back into the store. I only plan to go back for required semi-annual inspections of my diamond ring. Absolutely the worst customer service and been lied to twice now about my ring. If I didn't have to get my ring thru zales( warranty) I would not and will not use zales for any future jewelry purchases
