Customer service here is terrible. One associate was too busy chit chatting with someone while the other ignored me. When I finally got here attention, she never did ask to help me, I had to ask her for help and felt like I was bothering her. No other customers in store, it's not like they were too busy for me.

Loved the customer service! They were a lot of help and really nice every time my husband and I came in to make a payment on our layaway. Idk if they read these on here or not, but thank you so much for all of your help! Anytime I need any jewelry I will be returning to your store!
