Reported him to the Medical Board about 6yrs ago. Horrible doctor
Dr Zak is great and my rating in no way reflects my dealings with him, but the older administration woman who seems to be his right hand is dumber than a brick and likes to look into important insurance information that could prevent you from seeing him after you've already taken the time out of your day and sat down. Make sure you find out if he takes your insurance; that's one she sprung on me after I had already shown up and sat wasting my time for half an hour.
