Recently I was in a car accident and after having a few challenges with my insurance company finding a tow truck, Zahra Towing Services came to the rescue. Exceptional service and communication was excellent with frequent updates. My car was towed directly to Zahra Autobody where Jake handled the insurance claim from there. Jake and the Zahra Autobody team = the best thing about needing scratch repair on my car. Everything about the service was supremely professional, from Jake’s initial review of the damage through to a timely and polished job done. If you find yourself in need of car body repair, do yourself a favour and seek these guys out
Had a great experience where the team repaired my vehicle with 3 days turnaround (a day earlier than expected). Excellent communication from Jake who was very accommodating and was able to slot me in for repairs within a week of the accident, as well as organise a courtesy vehicle. Highly recommend their services! (Will definitely be coming back for any repair work required in the future).
