I wanted a new watchband to replace an original rubber watchband which had been attached to my new CADEX medication reminder/alert watch. I was able to pick from a selection of watchbands; the new band was sized appropriately for my wrist and to my preference; the old band taken off and replaced with the new band; and the extra links and the old band given back to me as well. All while I waited for a short period of time. Deeply thankful.
