sold me an absolute piece of junk. I had to take it to a shop on the second day after buying it, and they told me the car is in such poor condition that it shouldn’t even be on the road. They recommended that I return it to the dealership immediately. Unfortunately, Zac doesn’t offer any warranties, so now I’m stuck dealing with a vehicle that has major issues I wasn’t made aware of when I purchased it.
Friendly staff but definitely inexperienced and neither the sales man or the mechanic has any knowledge of cars. Definitely expect to do major repairs after purchase. My significant other purchased a 2014 chrysler town and country. Had them "fix" it twice but still cant even get the car on the interstate with out the whole vehicle violently shaking and the check engine light blinking like crazy. Coding for a misfire. Now gotta spend a couple more grand on a car we paid over 6k for up front. Woohoo.
Thank you guys so much! Absolutely went above and beyond to take care of me! I literally can not praise these guys higher! Everyone that works there from the owner down are just great people! Would definitely do business with them again in the future! Would highly recommend this place to anyone! Once again big big thank you to the zaks auto sales team!!!
