Simply put A true professional at work, Zach was extremely courteous and a true master of his art. He was able to pinpoint the issue and resolve the problem with my plasma TV within minutes. I contacted Zack's T.V. repair by accident. The city was correct but the state was not. It saved me $228. Zack looked up the part I needed and encouraged me to "do it myself". Part cost was $62 with $10 delivery charge which came the next business day. My Sony 32" LCD was a little of 1 year old and the power supply went out due to a power outage in my home. Zack was great. He knew exactly what was wrong, come out for free to check my t.v. Unlike Samsung who wanted to charge me 100.00 just to come to my house. He came back when the part was in, fixed the t.v., explained the problem and the pricing. No surprises, just great friendly service.
I called Zack on a Friday and he was at my doorstep the very next day, fixed my 4 year old Sony 46" LCD on the spot. Very proffesional, personable, timely and the price was worth every penny. Before you go out and buy a new HD TV, I recommend giving Zack a call.
I have a Samsung 1080P that I bought 4 years ago and love it. A week or so ago I noticed it was taking forever to turn on and off and the picture had dots and line all over it. What a great guy and professional. I couldn't be more happier that I called Zack and got my TV fixed quickly and at a price that I think it is reasonable. I fixed my powerboard issues and told me that i do not need to replace a powerboard. It was a honest opinion and I know he wasn't try to scam me. He even promised me to stop by again and installed the powerboard free if I ended up needing one. Now I just find my tv guy. I would definitely recommend Zack to my friends.
What a great and professional guy this Zack is. I did some research online regarding my tv... had an idea what was wrong, then called Zack. He came to my house that same day in the evening, took a look at the tv and fixed it on the spot... and may I add for a very reasonable price. He was very polite with my family which were all around curious to see what he was doing. I would definitely call Zack again if I ever need him and highly recommend him to others. Call him!
Zack is amazing, our T.V, broke randomly one afternoon, being a 32 in flat-screen and 3 years old, we figured we were going to have to buy another one for the same expense of fixing it at Sears or Best Buy.
