I bought a TV about 6 months ago and the guy who mounted the TV on the wall didn't do a good job because the TV dropped by a few inches resulting in a broken a TV. I wasn't gonna try to fix it if I wasn't gonna pay almost 2k for it. While browsing for TV repairs and services I came across Zach's business. All the reviews are true. Zack was awesome! He was so flexible...not only did he come to my house the day I called, but he came at 7pm! I'm willing to bet not many TV repair companies would do that. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my TV and he was very good with my 2 year-old son. He even took my son's socks off for him (at my son's request). lol Zack's a great guy!
Zack was absolutely fantastic! Believe everything you read in these reviews. He was polite, professional, highly knowledgable, personable and extremely well priced. I called him at 9 PM to tell him about my problem and he was at my house by 10 AM the next day. TV was fixed by 11! No hassles of bringing my TV in for service someplace, and he quoted a price over the phone that was much, much better than two other quotes we got (both of which would have left us without a TV for a week). Zack was fantastic! I found his site and read all the reviews and they are all spot on accurate! Called after work last night and he was here the next day in a snow storm to look at my Samsung 63in DLP TV. He had the parts with him that he knew he needed (except one that was out of stock - but he showed me where to order it at an amazing price). Zach was wonderful!!! Responded immediately to my first contact (and that was on a Sunday!), came to my home, determine the issue which required him to take my tv back to his shop and returned all within 72 hours!!! And I live an hour away from him! Very professional and friendly! Would highly recommend and use again!
Highly recommended. Friendly and reliable service. Came out the next day after I called. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it that same day. Reasonable rate too. Adding his number to my address book, just in case... Saved me $800 now that I don't need a new TV.
