Whenever I read great reviews, I wonder if they are real. This one is real. I called Zach to fix our Thermador oven after we had a terrible experience with another repair person. I highly, highly, highly recommend Zach. He was knowledgeable, reliable, personable, and he got the job done with ease. He is now saved in my contacts because I would definitely use him again!
Zack exceeded all my expectations. Very thorough in diagnosing the problem and when the part he ordered was on back order, rather than delaying the repair further he came back to the house to bring the power board back to his shop and found another way to fix it. He was extremely responsive with phone calls to explain status and very timely with setting up appointments to keep moving forward with a solution. Zack was amazing! He is very professional. I contacted him on Tuesday and he was at my home on Wednesday at the time I selected for service. He was able to repair my plasma TV that day for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Zack to anyone for TV repair. Excellent work my friend!
Has an issue with communication but a sincere individual. Make sure you set an exact time when work will get done.
