Online appointment and the actually schedule appointment do not match up to each other causing the cancellation of the patients appointment. Front desk staff is blaming on their IT department instead of doing something about. Terrible customer services because staff do not know what they are doing . In facts, they are aware of the issue, but they are not doing anything about it.
Absolute worst I have ever been treated on the phone. They've had my lab results for over a week and haven't bothered to call me for an update. Have called 5 times and they keep telling me they will send a message to a nurse. Whoever answers the phones obviously hates their job, literally have never been treated this rudely.
Dr. Mucher was integral in diagnosing my issue and recommending a great surgeon. I am on the mend and happy for it. I believe he is honest and genuinely cares for his patients. I never feel rushed and wait times are very reasonable. Thank you Dr. Mucher!
