I was put on hold for 10 mins while waiting for an appointment slot. Lady gets back on the phone asking if I've been helped yet. Same lady that put e on hold. Had to go through her preliminary questions again. She tried to quickly get me scheduled with a nurse but for a 60 dollar copay I want to see the DR. The appointment process alone is awful. I have to call a number to be transferred , put on hold, only to be put on hold again. I've seen this DR once before and I will say his bedside manner was great and I felt comfortab... read more
