I was put on hold for 10 mins while waiting for an appointment slot. Lady gets back on the phone asking if I've been helped yet. Same lady that put e on hold. Had to go through her preliminary questions again. She tried to quickly get me scheduled with a nurse but for a 60 dollar copay I want to see the DR. The appointment process alone is awful. I have found Dr. Mucher to be very professional but also very friendly and congenial. He always takes the time to talk and explain things. I have never gotten the Idea that he was in a rush and did not have time to talk. He always answers any questions I may have. He found the answer to a problem I was having and put me on the right track to have the problem resolved. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mucher to anyone in need of a good urologist. Originally had an Appointment in mid-June ( took 1 month wait to get an appointment ) for Kidney Stones and growth, Dr. Mucher ordered 2 tests at Memorial Herman which I did within 5 days of visit. 3 weeks later I had not heard about results and the appointment they made as a follow-up ended up on Sept. 8...2 months after tests. I called and left a message with the PA on July 12th about getting some results..NO RESPONSE..M.D WAY TOO BUSY AND STAFF INEFFICIENT . NOT SURE I WOULD RECOMMEND..
