I really did not want to give one star because I do think Dr. Featherstone is a nice guy. However, I felt it was important to express my concern as a mother who has a son with an extensive medial history and was a patient at this office for over a year. There were a handful of frustrating things that happened while my son was a patient there but it was this most recent situation that led to us leaving. Great provider, thorough answers to all of my questions, and takes great care of my daughter!
Dr Featherstone is a wonderful pediatrician, I highly recommend him for your children of all ages as our fall between the ages of 3-10. He really goes above and beyond to make your children and parents comfortable. We identified where our children were on growth charts and he made the experience fun for our children.
