I really did not want to give one star because I do think Dr. Featherstone is a nice guy. However, I felt it was important to express my concern as a mother who has a son with an extensive medial history and was a patient at this office for over a year. There were a handful of frustrating things that happened while my son was a patient there but it was this most recent situation that led to us leaving.
