Dr. Kelm is a kind, caring, and knowledgeable psychiatrist. Unlike practitioners I've had before, he takes the time to listen to my concerns, and he is very thoughtful when reviewing my medications.
Outstanding psychiatrist! I am fighting pancreatic cancer that has metastasized to my lungs. I started fighting cancer in 1994 with CML. He not only monitors some of my medication but is a wonderful counselor. I look forward to my appointment with him.
