Zach just sold a rental townhome for me in one day at full asking price. He handled everything and even stopped by and fixed a water issue going on at the property. He's an excellent communicator so I knew what was going on every step of the way. Besides being a good realtor he's a genuinely nice guy. You will not do better than Zach
