My Experience at Dr Patrone’s Office: The WORST Doctor office experience ever!!! I called to make an appointment. There’s one person that answers the phone. There’s one person that does your blood. There is one person that makes the appointments and her name is Denise. I tell her over the phone the message that you have to leave that my blood pressure is dropping unexplainably. Both Doctors are great and caring. I love Dr. Petrone. Everyone in the office are very friendly. He’s been my doctor for 40 years now
Dr. Petrone , even after 30 yrs ,is caring and knowledgeable.. Staff always returns my calls..
If I could give zero stars I would. They do not call patients back at all.
