Dr. Polanco alerted us to a serious issue that he felt was imperative to address, why we had to wait two weeks for an appointment to receive this information, I do not understand. That was a red flag for us. The office staff at his Gateway location was the rudest staff I have ever encountered. I would not advise this office.
My experience with Dr. Polanco was very disappointing. We waiting a few weeks for an appointment to get our test results that he ordered, in which, the doctor told us it was imperative we get a major operation. Seems we should have been called much earlier, the results were available in a few days. His office staff was the most uncaring, rudest people I have ever encountered. Stay clear!
Having an allergy test by going trough almost 50 shoots and lot of pain for that will certainly gives some expectations of getting relieved by allergies in the future but after being told that I had a severe allergy to orange and mango tree pollen and my veils were going to be that by a PA that worked in neurology before made me get up and leave that clinic, especially where I live in the city and I’m not even close to any of those trees even though my nose is always clogged. they told me to wait for Dr. Sullivan but after 1... read more
Given a new patient appointment 5months away only to have the office manager call to cancel my appointment 2 week before. Never ever saw the doctor......but the time that lapsed waiting to see a doctor sure made my condition worse. I now have limited treatment choices. Some doctors need to be reminded why they became a doctor. Very disappointed in this doctor.
Dr Kriete is the best doctor and has such concern for his patients! He explains all aspects of the importance of kidney function and is very compassionate

In a 5 min meeting he talked. I tried to pose an issue and this is how it went. “Ive been running for years and am now having (explains problem) with my HR. ““That’ll improve with conditioning ““As I said I’ve been running for years and this is new” “It’s just conditioning” as he walks out the door.
Short visits, dismissive. Doesn’t listen. “Ive been running for years and am now having (explains problem) with my HR. “ “That’ll improve with conditioning “ “As I said I’ve been running for years and this is new” “It’s just conditioning” as he walks out the door.
Dr. Rossi’s office refused to order a blood test that was recommended from a hospital visit and left me unable to receive proper care or follow up treatment. Dr. Rossi also places diagnoses on patients without any medical data or true evidence to suggest that. When you explain symptoms to this doctor, she fails to direct your care to the proper physicians or order diagnostic tests needed to get you to optimal health. If you want someone who has genuine medical expertise that wants to treat the patient, seek elsewhere.
