I like to thank Fidel and all the staff from ZABE for making such an easy/smooth process during the time I refinanced my mortgage. In fact, I’ve used ZABE back in 2012 as a first time home buyer. And I appreciate all the staff for responding back to my calls/emails in a timely manner. Fidel thank you going over our options in detail. The reason why I recommend ZABE is because of the overall team work that this office has.
Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to use website to upload required documents . Emails are answered and returned in a prompt time line. Zabe mortgage group made my refinancing super easy and not stressful at all. I live and work in Fresno so it was nice option to be able to upload all need info on website. I only had to drive to Madera to sign final documents. to my suprise I had a parking stale with my name on it waiting for me. Nice personal touch that I know I would not have gotten from a bigger bank branch.
