DO NOT USE THEM FOR RENTALS OR PURCHASE. Deceitful business practices, lies, no maintenance whatsoever. The rent houses with holes in the walls, dirty and torn carpet, dirty oven, roaches everywhere. at the end of the lease they turn around and tell you that you didn't change the A/C filter and there is a spot on the wall, that we paid to paint ourselves.
