Dr. Z was great to work with, but her office staff is horrible, especially Brittany who doesn’t consistently follow through in her actions. Dr. Z, your support staff are the people who represents you, and unfortunately they are not doing a great job.
I had a mole removed (or scraped) from the bottom of my foot, which should’ve been simple, but this dragged on for MONTHS. Although I followed orders of care to a tee, it got severely infected, which I was told was likely from either the failure to provide stitches to the wound or an unsanitary environment for the procedure. What followed was two weeks of severe pain and more questions than answers without hearing back from this facility for a week.
