I was assigned to her by my medical insurance; I was promptly passed off to one of her "associates" that she oversees (she has 5, and she herself has less than 5 years of experience). When I asked to meet with her before signing the financial paperwork that agreed to pay over $240 an hour if I canceled less than 24hrs before my appointment (I sent 3 separate emails to request this) I was ghosted.
