Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments? Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Do other parents within your community respect this pediatrician? Yes, they are respected Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations? All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of Do other parents within your community respect this pediatrician? Absolutely! Every parent in my community thinks very highly of them Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? No, they didn't get upset Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable? Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I like Dr. D'sylva's quiet nature and patience with my son. She's proactive in terms of helping my son get the help he needs.
