Dr Sandoval is not friendly, no bedside manner. Typed on her computer the entire time. Her staff was horrible and never completed pre-authorization for my MRI. My MRI was delayed a week because of it. Kept getting follow up reminders to make another appointment when the office couldn't even get my pre-auth for the MRI. How can I have a follow up when the MRI isn't done yet?? I will be looking for a new neurologist.
Quite to the contrary to the previous comment. I found Dr. Sandoval to be a good listener, she understood my medical concerns, and although she did type notes on her computer, which is better than hand written notes, she never waivered in her concern for me as an individual patient.
Quite possibly the worst neurologist you'd ever encounter. And on top of that, she's a bitter, arrogant, condiscending person. She's horrible. No bed side manner. No compassion. Spends her time typing (who knows what) and occasionally attending to her dog (that she keeps locked up in a kennel in her office). Her patients are essentially invisblie to her. And at the end of her appointments she writes a script for something that she's not even able to justify why. Go elsewhere.
