Rooms are basic and our bathroom had an extremely loud noise coming from it the entire time. Seriously sounded like a lawn mower. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
If you’re looking for a place in downtown Miami near the cruise port, this is a great location. The staff service was decent, but not impressive. The room we were in was TINY! The bathroom was basically a converted closet. You could sit on the toilet and turn the water on at the sink at the same time. We were only provided two bath towels and a floor towel. We stayed at this hotel for three nights, but unfortunately, we didn’t feel comfortable due to the cleanliness of the room. The bedsheets were stained with yellow marks and even some blood stains, which was very unpleasant. The hotel definitely needs to improve its hygiene standards in the rooms. On a positive note, the location is excellent.
The rooms were very clean, but the bathrooms were exceptionally tiny by tiny. I mean, if you’re a tall man, you’re going to sit on the toilet and hit your knees on the sink, but it was serviceable and served its purpose. If you’re looking for outlets, there’s a strip hanging on the side of the desk and half of them work and half of them don’t that being said the service was over the top exceptional. If you enjoy a motel 6 .. then this your place.. location was good for the places I needed to go.. the keycard looked amazing.. the room was a room with beds(room smelled weird).. The bathroom was very small..the shower handle was did not have the screw to hold the handle on.. called for assistance and was told to move the handle slowly so it won’t fall off(no repair) and at about midnight the security tried opening my door without a knock.. when I opened the door and asked why..
