The guy at the check-in was extremely slow and not at all friendly, in any way. It was quicker getting my bag from the flight. The room seemed clean at first glance, but it was unmopped (visible spills on floor) and un stocked ir 1 creamer/sugar pack, no coffee. Went to the lobby ti get morning coffee, and it was $15....when it should have been part of our room. Location close to the cruise port is the only reason to stay here. Luckily, we only had to be here for 8 hours.
Claudia was a lifesaver, and was so kind as well! The staff were excellent and the location was perfect with lots of breakfast options nearby, and also close to Bayside.

Excelente opción para hospedarse cerca de la terminal de cruceros, a la vuelta del hotel está la estación del monorail que te lleva gratuitamente a varios puntos, ideal para ir rápido a la zona de brickell y el brickell City centre.
