My mother needed to get a wisdom tooth pulled. We called the office, and they told us that the closest appointment possible was in almost two weeks. We called his personal number, because my mother could barely eat and sleep because of the pain, and we got an appointment the next day in the afternoon. Dr. Koval was extremely nice and understanding and makes you feel very comfortable, even though visits to dentists are feared. His staff is also very professional and the prices are very humane.
