I also have to agree with the other ratings one of the receptionist was very rude, as-well as taking other appt calls with people arguing with them then slamming her phone down made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Need a bit more professionalism!

I recently had a tonsillectomy with Dr Mahanta and had an amazing experience. I got a surgery date relatively fast (a lot faster than the public list), Dr Mahanta explained the procedure in depth and answered any questions I had. I felt as if my concerns were heard and not dismissed The reception team has been amazing to deal with, they passed on any questions that I had to Dr Mahanta and ensured I had a smooth booking with Pensinsula Private. I would highly recommend that people use Dr Mahanta for all of your ENT needs
Surgeon was fabulous but the receptionist were rude and unprofessional. They have hung up on patients.
