Axel has always been approachable, helpful, and supportive during my time at Yugo. What stood out most was that he always took ownership of issues and made sure they were fully resolved, never once leaving residents feeling stuck or without a clear path forward. The entire building has faulty air conditioning and no natural ventilation and stinks everywhere. Way worst than you can imagine. The rents are continuously going up by for example saying that we will now clean your common areas but later on they’ll charge a lot to clean it. Also no support to deal with difficult flatmates.
My experience at Yugo was very disappointing. The building management was poor, and the response to issues was very slow. One of the biggest problems was the terrible smell in the hallways and floors, which made the environment very uncomfortable to live in. Overall, it was a very bad student accommodation experience and I would not recommend it to others.
