In and out quickly today and excellent service all around!
Awesome service today! From walking in and being seen as a priority by the receptionist, Sue did a great job getting through the mess of a bandage I put on. Dr. Andrea and FNP Julie and RN Mark and several others did amazing job today! Professional with a great mix of "bedside humor" made my experience great-if I can keep my thumb-tip it will be a 5-Star review! Thanks Yuba Docs!!!
I took my daughter here yesterday as we both have horrible sore throats and headaches. I'm 4.5 months pregnant and they took great care of us. We sat in the waiting room maybe 10-15 minutes before getting called back. The receptionist was very nice and even gave my daughter (4yrs old) some color pages while we waited. She loved that. Then at the end while we waited for our test results to come back we got otter pops to help our throats... what 4 yr old and pregnant lady doesn't like otter pops!! Haha. Worst medical experience ever! I was sent here for my back injury beause the doctor my insurance would pay for didn't have availability until next week, and doctor Sharon Ekedahl treated me like a junkie seeking drugs. They had taken my $100 and asked me to leave, saying that they weren't going to "give me drugs" and would call the police if I didn't leave in 3 minutes. I had my children with me. Don't go there, this place is all about the Money. They make you wait for hours and take all the Workers Comp employee's before walk-ins, although they fail to advise you this fact. They have no follow-up or call back methods in place. When ask for clarification they talk over you and then say your being rude. They double charge you and then say it's your banks fault and that you need to follow up and spend more of your time to find out that they Double charged you. They suck, and the staff is rude. Wanted to have me arrested after I threw a scene about them billing my card for over $500. And they didn't want to reverse the charges, never give them your card to hold. Go to the other urgent care or auburn.
