RecommendedVery professional. The front desk staff is nice. Dr Hicks is a really good dr. who listens and is very thorough. Marcus Rodenhill is very professional as well. Good to have this place in Nevada county!
Went in to get a tick bite looked at and medication. Was impressed with receptionist to the nurse as well as Marcus Rhodenhill. Was an excellent experience and well taken care of. I would highly recommend them if you need anything done. Thank you for your service and consideration towards my panic of being bitten by this tick.

The entire staff, from front desk and beyond, were very professional and helpful. I felt like I received excellent care today.
In the middle of a flare up of a chronic condition, I needed to see the doctor last week. Too much snow to drive far, I went to Yubadocs instead of PC. I took several precautions and so did they. It was my third or fourth visit in five years, but never under such fearful conditions. I felt cared for, respected and safe. Kudos and thanks to Yubadocs.
I would NEVER recommend this place. I was diagnosed with mild pneumonia in my left lobe with an oxygen level in the 80s and given 2 abx and a work note for 2 days. 2 days later I was in a medical induced coma with respiratory failure and kidney failure. all the SNMH staff said Trevor needed to send me to the ER. Thanks to him I very close to dying being on life support. the hospital even had to send for a bed from SF to save my life. if it weren't for SNMH, Yuba Docs could have cost me my life.
Pleasant & helpful front desk staff. Waited a while but then went quickly & efficiently when seen. Cute PA!
Went in with an issue, was somehow seen within 20 minutes of arriving. I know this isn’t usually how urgent cares work but it was very nice since I was in some pain. All of the staff were so friendly and efficient, they just seemed happy to be there and like they really care about the patients. It was great!
Aside from an expected long-ish wait, everyone was friendly, cheery and caring! I’m sure that’s hard to maintain when dealing with sickness and people in pain! While I hope I don’t have a reason to return soon, I’m glad to know I have a reliable option for immediate care! Thank you Yubadocs!
