Well, today was a dog bite day for my son. Late afternoon. No time for a doctors appt. Not going to the ER for a bill in the thousands that requires financing and an interpreter to figure out. Thank god for YubaDocs! Quick wait. Afforfable care. Cleaned up, stitched up, and away we go!
I have to say it was a great experience. Very informative Dr. who took the time to explain to me what was going on with my knee. The front office people cared too.
I went in today at 3 for a issue I was in the waiting room for about 20 mins then went back to the room the medical assistant was very quick and to the point and did what he needed to do and answer my question to the best of his ability. How ever!!! I then sat in he waiting room for hours I didn't end up leaving until just befor 6! The doctor was super rude! When I called today to ask the average wait time to be seen by a doctor I was told 45 min. When I arrived (no appointment) I filled out the paper work and waited one hour and 20 min before I was called back to the room. At that point the nurse had told me the doctors were doing procedures and it would be about an hour. Well, It was over two hours before the doctor finally came in.
