Just arrived and the door locked and no answer the phone. I have an appointment 10:45am and the door locked?
Made an appointment, arrived, office is closed and cant reach their phone.
It’s disheartening that after more than 20 years of visiting this office I felt the need to seek answers elsewhere. I have been seeing Dr Lee since she joined the practice and only until this year faced some health issues. The front desk staff have been unwelcoming and unprofessional, the sonogram tech rushing the process, and I feel Dr Lee failed to prioritize my care as a patient care and lacked a thoughtful and thorough approach. 여기 정말 불친절함.예약해서 갔더니 갑자기 캔슬됬다고 핑계거리만 잔뜩 이야기하더니 결론은 자기들은 모르는일이라고 발뺌 하질않나 심지어 진료보지도않았는데 이메일로 비용청구날아오느게 어이없어서 전화했더니 갑자기 말 여러번 바꾸더니 나중에는 미리 비용 보내주느거라고하는데 무슨 그날 가지도않았는데 이게 무슨 황당한일임? 그럴꺼면 날짜라도 맞추는 시늉이라도 하던가 환자를 바보취급하느것같음. 그리고 갑자기 일정 바꿔주겟다고 하던데 말이 안통함.자기들 뜻대로 안되면 그냥 계속 서로 미루다 모른다함. 진심 속 터짐. 여기 일 처리 진짜 개판임.같은 이야기 몇번하는지 모르겠음 한국분들 여기갈사람있음 비추 다른곳 가세요.여기서 시간낭비 감정낭비 하지마시길 바람.
