Dr Yu and the Torrance Optometry staff are so good!! Everyone is so respectful and friendly. Dr Yu explains everything thoroughly with a wonderful "bedside manner". He answers all questions with a friendly attitude. He is very knowledgeable and gives recommendations and options for glasses and whatever else any one may need.
Dr Yu is an excellent optometrist. He is kind, caring & very thorough. I have a phobia about anything to do with eyes & my prescription tends to be complicated, he nails my prescription every time and I see great out of my glasses. Everyone has been very professional and courteous.
My experience with Dr Yu made me wonder why I took so long to have my eyes checked... Dr Yu explained what was going on with my eyes, discussed my options (including what he recommended), and answered my questions thoroughly. The other office staff were awesome, letting me know each time something was (or was not) covered by my insurance, and the costs. The frame selection was amazing! All in all, great experience :)
