I used to visit this store frequently when Tiffany was the owner, as she always did an excellent job. This was my first visit since the ownership changed, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. I had a gel manicure done by Jenny, and when I asked her to fix the uneven edges, she tried to fix them but gave up after a minute. She did not offer to redo them. They were so friendly and I felt happy and peaceful just being in the place. This is the second place I try in Jersey after being mistreated/traumatized by my previous nail salon lady. And Yen was so kind and heard me and was so friendly and patient with me when I was picking a new color! I usually never go with blue or anything outside pink or nude. But she helped me get out of my comfort zone! And I loved it! It felt like a warm place to be! I’m so happy I found a new place to go for my nails. It’s a relief!

Price increase with zero notice or even told about it at my visit this AM, at least tell the customer so they are prepared to be able to tip,I do like I am done in 20 min and was on my way by 11am - we are loyal and should have been advised

I had to different nail tech trying to do a fill in. Basic work almond shape nail that I asked. The owner did not even acknowledge that the job was horrible. The second technician knew that the job was so bad that kept apologizing. Do your self a favor skip this store. Guess what I still paid the full price of 40$ and tipped them because I am the bigger person. If there was an option to give zero as a score I would do it.
