virtually impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone and they constantly lose important forms/records
YHEP has been my PCP for around 3 years now. This is absolutely the best clinic in Philadelphia for young adults, especially those who are in the LGBT community. They are super non-judgmental and listen closely to your concerns. They will help you get any referrals that you might need for larger health concerns. This place helps me put faith back into the healthcare system. I struggled so much with rude doctors that shame me or don’t listen or run me around in circles. I can get most of the care that I need all in one place with HRT and PCP care. If I have an appointment, I know I am going to be able to take care of any issue I have no matter the cause because they do so much.
