Ive seen these we buy houses orlando signs while driving around and I was a bit skeptical to be honest. These people made an offer on my house. Two people had been by to inspect. We said yes, even though it was lower then we wanted. They told me someone would be over on Friday, they never showed up. Then they said someone would be here on Monday and they never showed up. Tuesday finally someone came by. I then get a call on Wednesday telling me they no longer wanted the house as the contractor said it was going to cost $15,000 more then they thought for repairs. Tom and his team treated me fairly. They did what they promised, settled on time. I’d highly recommend.
These guys are top notch. From start to finish it took about 15 days, they were very honest and upfront about the whole process and everything got done when they said it would. Would recommend for anyone looking to sell a house that doesn’t or can’t list with a realtor!
