My mom, Carol, just sold her home through Jacob Milliron and YourTownRealty! He gave his full attention to the sale of her home, he did his best, very considerate. He explained everything and answered questions, came to her apartment with papers to be signed rather than her have to drive to the office. She would do business with him again and highly recommends him!

There was a house that they were selling that I wanted to buy. I was in love with this house and called there company SIX TIMES. They never called back. My husband called them FOUR TIMES. The house kept dropping and dropping in price and I kept calling but they would never return my calls. After a $70,000 price drop, the house was sold to someone else. Steve Warrene was our agent and we are very happy with our property. He was always willing to show us properties and answer any questions. I love Mona Williams, she is the best. I had to sell my home and she helped me a lot at such a difficult time in my life. My husband was in a Nursing Home and I was moving into a Senior care facility. I had no one to help me sell my house and Mona stepped up and got me through it all. She shows she really cares and always answered the phone when I called with questions. She is the best.
