I've spent the last 5 Days in hell, because the root canal they did got infected. Why? Because they only removed half the root. Their phone system has been down since Friday, the answering machine that comes on before they're opening hours gives the wrong information about when they're open. I called one of the other locations on Friday because I couldn't get through, and she texted them, reading it aloud if she did it, literally begging them to please call me from a cell phone. Nothing. I contacted this practice because they were listed as a eligible provider. When I called they said that they would not accept my insurance. I then contacted my insurance provider who contacted the manager of the practice and I was told to file a grievsnce due to the fact that they were refusing to treat me. I was also told to also contact the New York State Attorney general to file a complaint
