Tried this nail salon for the first time today as I live nearby. I should say I only get gel pedicures. Cheryl was AMAZING. She suggested a new color with the chrome finish for something fun. We had great conversation and my pedicure looks so cute and fun! The atmosphere of the salon is very chill and everyone seemed to be genuinely enjoying their services. I will 100% be coming back.
This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at a salon. I left and cried in my car. The owner/ manager interrupted my service to ask my nail tech to finish her client for her (4 nails so essentially half the manicure) in the middle of my service so that she could start on another client. I was forced to sit and wait. I was not asked, I was told. I was also told it would take 5 minutes—it took 5 times that. Best people and best nails
I’ve gone to this nail salon before, this is my first time actually having a bad experience. My boyfriend and I both came in for pedicures. We had hot stone pedicure which comes with 6 minute oil massage and dead skin remover. My boyfriend’s lady did AMAZING, took her time and got what he paid for. I on the other hand didn’t get the dead skin remover on my feet, and felt like the lady half assed my massage. It wasn’t even 6 minutes. I didn’t even get the oil massage.
