I will never go to another Jewlery store again. I took my grandmother's ring in to have the finish repaired after it was damaged. This ring means the world to her as my grandfather gave it to her and he passed away 2 months ago. The staff were so kind and completed the repair while I waited (less the 10 mins.) Once it was finished i asked what the charge would be. She informed me that it would be no charge, just to come back and see them again. Your Jeweler is the BEST jewelry store around. Shop local. They have never been pushy for us to buy something and have always done their best to accommodate my wife and I. Even though our wedding band did not come in in time for the wedding (which was not their fault), they made it right so that our day was not ruined. I recommend them to everyone.
Great customer service! Rob and Kelli originally helped me find an engagement ring. Since then I have purchased jewelry from them on multiple occasions. They will clean and polish jewelry for you when needed as well. I highly recommend Your Jeweler.
I love this place! They are very nice and prices beat everyone in the area. They did an amazing job reshaping a ring I damaged and replaced the stone. Not only was it done quickly but it looked amazing. I highly recommend. I only knew about this place because someone referred me. I'm glad I went.
I visited for the first time last weekend and the ladies at the desk were amazing. They and the jeweler took care of my wedding set even though my husband bought from Kay. My rings were taken care of within an hour and they were so lovely to give me a jar of cleaner free of charge. They're so polite and attentive!!
