Great jewelry store and great service
Walked in with a repair and they took time to do it right then. It wasn’t right so they fixed it again. Then when I tried to pay he wouldn’t let me. That was above and beyond Also gave me free jewelry cleaner when I left. It wasn’t my first time there and won’t be my last ! Go check the store out for yourself!
I had a design challenge in mind for several years, and finally asked Cody if it was possible. Cody was ready and willing to take on this challenge, and I picked up the Bleeding Heart yesterday. It is exactly what I had envisioned, beautiful, well-crafted, and carrying all the symbolism I desired. I am beyond thrilled! I originally went in bc our prior jewelry store left us in a bind with nearly no time left to get our wedding bands and never notified us. When I went into Your Jeweler Lora helped me instantly and was able to find me a ring I loved. She said she’d have it in two days for me to try on. The other place I had been waiting 5 weeks....Lora got ahold of me the next day and I was able to purchase the ring! After having one of my rings sized and soldered at another jewelry store and having a horrible experience, I was nervous about getting my wedding ring sized and soldered, but A friend recommended your jeweler and I'm so glad they did! They made my experience there great!! The staff was very nice and friendly, I got my ring back in just a few short days and it was perfect! � I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!
