Other similar houses in our neighborhood sold during that time period. Deborah relisted our house at about the same list price. We had a terrible experience dealing with Deborah Laemmerhirt as the Listing Agent on a home we tried to purchase. We found her to be dishonest in many regards, but most importantly in the information she provided about "other offers." She repeatedly changed her story about the status and content of the "other offers." We have purchased a few homes with Deborah and are totally impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. She got things done seamlessly, each time!
