I’ve seen Dr. Balouch a few times now and have been consistently impressed with the level of care she provides. She’s incredibly thorough, attentive, and genuinely caring in her approach. It’s clear that she takes the time to listen and ensure nothing is overlooked. I always feel well looked after and confident in the care I receive from her. Highly recommend her as a GP!
I have been a patient of this clinic for more than 2 years now! I have never been that disrespected before, and made feel ashamed that i am sick! I have been seeing Dr Jess Donaghue for routine appointments over the past few years and they have been wonderful and always very kind and helpful. Recently I've seen Dr Summaya Balouch also at this practice who has gone above and beyond to help me with the health checks and vaccine requirements for my nursing studies. The reception staff are also always so friendly to me over the phone and in person, even when I have called right before they close for the day. I would highly recommend this practice. - Nixy
