Molly Rector was great to work with. She knew the processes, answered our questions, and had our house under contract within 3 days of going on the market all at a lower rate than any other realtors I talked to. She had professional photos taken that looked stunning, put a professional listing together, and was pleasant to work with; even when we told her we thought realtors were scammers just taking money from people. She will be the first realtor I call next time and I've already recommended her to a family member.
