Excellent support provided. Especially helpful since I was not living in the same state as the house that was sold. My agent kept me informed and made arrangements with local service providers to fix items identified during the inspection. I highly recommend Lisa if your looking to sell you house.

Molly Rector from YFA was fantastic. She did a lot of hard work and we definitely felt like she was representing us well and working on our behalf. Molly was very responsive to our calls and texts. We would definitely recommend Molly and YFA. Not sure why you'd pay 3% when you get the same service level for a flat fee. Truly a great experience.

We highly recommend YFA and Aaron Leib especially!! We believe in their business model of saving their clients money. Aaron was super responsive, having several late night conversations to get the deal done. The process was smooth and Aaron explained everything well.
Our experience was phenomenal. We had our house on the market, in a hot market with another agency and it sat for 3 months. I saw photos of another house using YFA and was very impressed. I changed Realtors to YFA and our house had an offer within hours. It also sold for over asking price. We were living out of town so being able to sign all documents online was a huge benefit to us. We also saved over 5k and very pleased with them.
