Good when I called, Poor when I called back – Around the beginning of July, I was extrememly sick and I shouldn't have even come to work. ...by 8:30, I was on the phone trying to find a doctor. A co-worker had referred me to this doctor. When I called, the girl was quick to say they wouldn't take a first time patient for 3 weeks. When I said I was referred, they asked by whom. Great Doctors & nurses- office staff is lacking though... – Too bad this practice has the typical office management problems faced by many smaller doctors' offices. They have staff who take short cuts and do not really understand the ins and outs of A/P & A/R. Proper registration is key to correct billing but they chose to staff their office with people who do knot know how to follow basic accounting principles or procedures. Good people – I have been going to Dr. Hansen for a few years now and I really like her as a person and professional. Her staff is good except for a few select people but they don't "spoil the bunch". When she is not available I have seen a few other doctors in the group and they have also treated me well. Overall I have had a pleasant experience and would continue to recommend their services. It is very important to be treated well when you don't feel well...She understands that.
Wonderful Doctors – I have been going to My Family Doktors for several years. I recommend the doctors and the staff to anyone. Each doctor I have seen has been very friendly, comforting and extreemly thorough. I have even had to wait to be seen. The staff are very pleasant aned proffessional. They are very well located also.
Just what a Doctor's office should be! – I first went to see Dr. Hansen after a friend recommended her about 10 years ago and she is still my personal physician! She?s seen me thru minor illnesses and thru cancer with the same personal, friendly, matter-of-fact attitude that is lacking in so many doctors; she?s not afraid or unwilling to connect with her patients. wonderful trustworhty doctors – I have been going to Dr. Hansen & the rest of the staff at Family Doktors for years. They accept many forms of insurance, see you in a timely manner & keep up with your personal medical files accurately. They are very friendly & knowledgeable & they always take time to chat out the details of your illness, from pink eye to PAP smears, they have been there for me!
Little to No wait time to see the Doctor. Very friendly atmosphere; supportive doctors and staff – you just have to experience it for yourself. Tired of waiting an hour to see a doctor ? Go see Dr. Hansen, Dr Bortolotti or any of the other doctors there. You will be called in before you even finish filling up your paperwork. Very supportive doctors and always available when you need them for urgent matters.
