DON'T EVER COME TO Your Express Carwash in Desoto, TX! I recently purchased a 2013 Silverado which ONLY HAD 36,000 miles on it; practically a brand new truck! I went through this car wash and it pulls my drivers side mirror off. In stead of them taking responsibility, they tell me there's no way their equipment could be faulty. MY CAR WAS DAMAGED ALSO!! The antenna was broken off while running thru the car wash! Long story, but the short version is they DID NOT want to hear about it!
My car was damaged going through that drive thru car wash. Manager took no ownership for the damage done to my car. I will be filing a lawsuit and report this horrible business to the BBB immediately. I trusted them to pay $7 to take my car thru the car wash but they can't pay for the damages done to my car. I have a a big problem with that. DO NOT use this service it is a HORRIBLE!! and they don't care anything about their customers.
