There is zero communication from this place. I came here for pain in my side post-sepsis hospitalization. After waiting an hour, they call me to the door and begin shoving a swab in my nose. When I asked why that was happening when I’m not here for that, I was told that everyone showing symptoms of COVID must be tested before seeing a doc. Strange because I didn’t have any symptoms...and still don’t.....but the test comes back positive and I’m sent home with zero explanation. This doctor’s office dropped the ball in getting my medication to the pharmacy after a covid diagnosis. After calling multiple times and being placed on hold for long periods of time and two days later, someone finally helped me. It’s awful that you have to go through these kinds of hoops in order to feel better especially while dealing with Covid. No one seemed to even care. Even one lady said that they would get around to me tonight. This is awful. I do not recommend due to their disorganization and chaos.
RecommendedMy wife and I went in to get tested on November Friday the 13th of all day's for covid-19. We were informed that the time would be awhile. Could be possibly over 2 hours to get results. We did as they asked and was very informed about everything that was going to be happing. The nurse that took are test was very very pleasant and you could tell very passionate about her job She is so gentle in the testing process and listened to all questions and needs. One word...terrible. Literally the only thing I can say about this office.
We have always had great experiences here! I know that they have been overwhelmed with all of the COVID testing but honestly, they really are amazing. I am thankful that they are able to provide rapid testing during this time and still manage to take care of regular patients. We were in and out in an hour tonight! ❤️
Office staff is horrible and extremely inconsistent. If you need something done regarding your health, please go elsewhere. It’s sad when the Doctor is great, and the staff can’t sufficiently back them up.
I had a bad bout of bronchitis during the COVID-19 pandemic, and I trusted Your Doctor’s Office, PC, to have the expertise to help me on a weekend when I needed care the most. The staff were equipped with not only PPE, but they were equipped with kindness and compassion. This meant a lot to me being in the state I was in. I was greeted with a smile despite the situation. I moved here from another State and have heart and asthma/respiratory problems. Became very sick and saw Dr. Wahid! I had pneumonia and Dr. Wahid was very professional and caring and kept me at the clinic giving fluids and watching me! I have had pneumonia three times and Dr. Wahid had taken care of me every time. He and his wife Dr. Bailey are the best! I will continue to go to them as long as I live in Montgomery. Staff was also excellent and kind!
My 1 year old daughter came in with flu symptoms and they told me(after waiting a hour) they were out of flu tests. However, the doctor said he can look at her blood test to determine whether or not she has the flu. He came back in the room and said after reviewing her test she DID NOT have the flu. I took her to another doctor(same day) and they ran a flu test on her and she tested POSITIVE for the FLU!
