Wish I were close by, I could join my Freeport friends in drumming:)
I have come to feel so much better physically and mentally. With much practice, I'm learning to shut off that "monkey chatter" and learn to just enjoy my one hour of "me" time. Actually, I'm starting to MAKE more "me" time. It seems so much more important now. Love my practice and miss it if I don't make it!
